In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative through compelling visual storytelling. You will transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include editing a wide range of video projects such as promotional videos social media content explainer videos and internal communications. You will be responsible for the entire post-production process including but not limited to footage organization assembly editing color correction sound design and motion graphics integration. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging video technologies will be crucial to ensuring our content remains fresh and innovative. This is a remote hybrid position meaning you will have the flexibility to work from home and in our office as needed. To be considered for this role you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Film Production Communications Marketing or a related field. Alternatively equivalent professional experience will be considered. We expect candidates to have a strong command of professional video editing software. This includes proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and Final Cut Pro. Familiarity with other editing suites and motion graphics tools is a plus. A solid understanding of video codecs export settings and color correction techniques is essential. You must demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital as you will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities is crucial. We are looking for someone who is proactive creative and a problem-solver. Ideally you will have at least three years of professional experience in video editing preferably within a marketing or advertising environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects including social media content promotional videos and corporate communications is required. Experience with sound design and mixing is highly desirable.
