    1. General Overview

    TechLift Digital is committed to fostering a professional, innovative, and growth-oriented environment for all employees and interns. By applying for any position, you agree to adhere to the policies outlined below.

    2. Accuracy of Information

    All information provided in your application, resume, and during the interview process must be accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of facts may result in immediate disqualification or termination of employment/internship.

    3. Selection & Merit

    Selection is strictly based on merit, skills, and cultural fit. TechLift Digital is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, or disability.

    4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

    Confidentiality Agreement:

    During your association with TechLift Digital, you will have access to proprietary information, client data, and internal systems. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any such information to third parties without prior written consent, even after the conclusion of your program.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All code, designs, content, strategies, and intellectual property created by you during your employment or internship at TechLift Digital shall be the sole property of the company. You waive any claims to ownership of such work.

    6. Professional Conduct

    We maintain a high standard of professional behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate disciplinary action.

    7. Internship Specifics (Certification & LOR)

    • Internships are typically 3-6 months unless otherwise specified.
    • Certificates of Completion and Letters of Recommendation (LOR) are provided only upon successful completion of the assigned tasks and the full internship duration.
    • Performance appraisals are conducted at the end of the program to determine eligibility for certification.

    8. Stipend & Compensation

    Compensation, if applicable, will be clearly defined in your offer letter or internship agreement. Performance-based stipends are subject to the achievement of pre-defined KPIs.

    9. Termination of Association

    Either party may terminate the association by providing the notice period specified in the agreement. TechLift Digital reserves the right to terminate association immediately for breaches of code of conduct or confidentiality.

    10. Data Protection

    Your application data is stored securely and used only for recruitment purposes. By applying, you consent to the processing of your personal data as per our Privacy Policy.
